1. Role of AERO GO
AERO GO is an air charter broker operated by AeroSelect UG (haftungsbeschränkt). We arrange carriage between the customer and an appropriately licensed third-party air carrier. AERO GO is not the aircraft operator and does not exercise operational control over a flight.
2. Proposal and availability
A proposal states the route, aircraft or category, complete charter price, inclusions, exclusions, conditions and validity. Aircraft, crew, slots, permits and schedule remain subject to operator confirmation until the proposal is accepted and cleared payment is received.
3. Acceptance
Acceptance in the Trip Room records the customer’s agreement to the proposal and these terms. The person accepting confirms that they are authorised to bind the customer. A booking is not shown as confirmed until payment and final operator reconfirmation are both recorded.
4. Payment
Eligible amounts up to and including €500 may be paid by card through Stripe. Higher amounts are paid by instant bank transfer using the invoice number and AERO GO reference shown after acceptance. Bank transfers are considered paid only when funds have been received.
5. Changes and cancellation
The cancellation and change conditions in the accepted proposal form part of the contract and reflect the operating carrier’s terms and committed costs. Customer-requested changes may require a revised price or aircraft. Operational changes are communicated as soon as reasonably possible.
6. Passenger responsibility
Passengers remain responsible for valid travel documents, visas, health requirements, accurate baggage information and timely arrival at the agreed terminal. Material changes must be reported promptly.
7. Operating carrier
The confirmed operating carrier retains exclusive authority over safety, aircraft operation, weather, routing, crew and regulatory decisions. Carrier identity will be made available before flight.
8. Liability
Statutory liability remains unaffected where it cannot lawfully be limited. Liability for air carriage is governed by the operating carrier’s contract, applicable conventions and mandatory law. AERO GO remains responsible for its own brokerage obligations.
9. Governing law
German law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Jurisdiction provisions apply only where legally permitted.
